The O.C. actor Logan Marshall-Green has finalised his divorce from ex-wife and actress Diane Gaeta after six years of marriage.
The former couple’s divorce was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on July 23 (US Time), in documents obtained by People.
Marshall-Green, 43, who is best known for playing Trey Atwood on The O.C., separated from Gaeta, 40, on February 1, 2019. The couple were married on December 12, 2012.
The exes share children Tennessee Logan, six, and Culla Mae, 10, Gaeta’s child from a previous relationship. The divorce judgement states that they will share joint legal and physical custody of the kids.

Marshall-Green and Gaeta are “ordered to share information, and to meet and confer in making or modifying major decisions regarding the health, education and welfare of” the children.
The agreement also includes that Marshall-Green will pay child support, spousal support and health insurance for the minors.
Whereas, “any and all furniture, furnishings, appliances, artwork‚ jewellery and personal effects” will remain in their custody.
Gaeta initially filed for divorce on April 5, 2019 after implying that Marshall-Green had cheated on her.
“I filed for divorce today from @elemgy because people aren’t always what they seem and to every woman out there: always trust your gut,” Gaeta shared on Instagram in a since-deleted post.
